indian hindi voice sexI have been using Urban Company’s weekly home cleaning service in our society for almost 3 years, and initially the experience was excellent. The cleaning professionals used to come fully equipped with proper machines and tools, and the service quality was consistently good. However, over time the experience has significantly deteriorated. Recently, the cleaning staff started coming without the machines that were always part of the service earlier, which obviously impacts the quality of cleaning. When I contacted customer care to understand the change, the response was extremely disappointing. The representative was least bothered to address the concern and simply mentioned that Urban Company has stopped sending machines and that this change was made recently. There was no effort to acknowledge the inconvenience or offer any alternative solution. As a long-term customer who has been using this service for 3 years, this approach towards customer satisfaction is very discouraging. It feels like once a strong customer base is built in a society, the focus on service quality and customer experience starts declining. I will be discussing this with other residents in my society group to see if they are facing the same issue. If this is a common experience, we will seriously consider not renewing our Urban Company subscriptions and exploring other platforms that value their customers.
